ServiceNow is launching ServiceNow.org to service the needs of the global non-profit community. As the ServiceNow.org Account Executive, you will produce new business sales revenue from software licenses within customers across the West Mountains Region, United States. You will develop and execute a sales strategy, build relationships with Non-Profit clients, and achieve sales quotas.

Produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts and oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts. You will also lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients. This role involves providing strategic leadership to clients, being the sales relationship manager between FedEx and ServiceNow, and working with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer outcomes. Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients, overseeing worldwide development of assigned accounts, and achieving financial targets.

The CPQ Account Executive will drive market success of ServiceNow’s Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and CRM Sales solutions. These solutions sit alongside our market-leading Service Management platform and unify the selling motion by giving sellers a single source of truth for products, pricing, quoting, and deal execution. The CPQ Account Executive leads the full sales cycle, partnering closely with Solution Consulting, Product, and GTM teams.

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sr Enterprise Account Executive with a proven "hunter" mentality to drive significant new business sales revenue through our SaaS licensing model. You will be responsible for defining and executing a territory and account strategy to penetrate a defined set of high-potential prospects. This is a field-based role that requires proactive engagement, relationship building, and deep consultative selling expertise, with a focus on leveraging AI to drive client value.
